When you use Marriage Memoirs, we collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, wedding details (names, dates, location), and payment information processed securely through Razorpay. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, time spent, and interaction patterns to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to create and manage your digital wedding invitation, process payments, send transactional communications (such as booking confirmations), and improve our platform. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure (Supabase PostgreSQL). Media files (photos, audio) are stored on AWS S3 with restricted access. We implement industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Only authorized personnel can access your data for support purposes.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local browser storage to maintain your login session and preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts beyond Google Sign-In for authentication.

5. Third-Party Services

Marriage Memoirs integrates with: Google (OAuth 2.0 sign-in), Razorpay (payment gateway), AWS S3 (media storage), and Supabase (database). Each of these services maintains their own privacy policies and data handling standards.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. To request data deletion or export, please contact us at support@marriagememoirs.com. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and wedding data for the duration of your active subscription plus 90 days after expiry. After that period, your data is permanently deleted from our servers unless you request an earlier deletion.

8. Children's Privacy

Marriage Memoirs is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have, we will promptly delete that information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of our service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
